Lisa Solovey, DPT

Director, West Deptford

Lisa grew up in Cherry Hill, NJ and graduated from Cherry Hill East High School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Rutgers University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University. Lisa is passionate about orthopedics and delivers individualized care in a warm and friendly environment. Even though she has spent some years in New York City, Lisa considers Philadelphia her home and is a big Philadelphia sports fan. One of her life goals is to see the Phillies play in every stadium around the country. Lisa was also born in Lithuania and is fluent in Russian.

Joseph Fatale, DPT

Director, Barrington

Joseph was born and raised in Runnemede and went to Triton High School where he graduated with Honors. He then attended Richard Stockton College where he graduated with a degree in Biology with Program Distinction. Joseph then received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2012. He is a highly motivated and empathetic physical therapist, with interests in orthopedic and sports Physical Therapy. Joseph is an avid golfer who enjoys incorporating sporting activities into his Physical Therapy programs.

Sheri Fort, DPT

Director, Cherry Hill, Katz JCC

Sheri was excited to join the Rehab Connection staff in 2014. She grew up in South Jersey and attended Washington Township High School. She attended Saint Francis University for undergraduate and graduate school. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor degree in Health Science and Minor in Exercise Physiology in 2012 and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014. During college she was a member of the Women's Lacrosse team and has always been active in various sports. As a physical therapist she is passionate about providing individualized care and enjoys the diversity of individuals she gets to know and work with.

Kara Neal, DPT

Physical Therapist, Cinnaminson

Kara joined the Rehab Connection staff in 2011. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from LaSalle University in 2006 and went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2009. Her interests and experience are in the areas of orthopedics, pediatric rehabilitation and aquatic therapy.

Elizabeth Kummer, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist, West Deptford

Ellie grew up in Mt. Ephraim, NJ and attended Gloucester Catholic High School. She graduated magna cum laude from Stockton University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stockton University in 2015. She enjoys treating both the pediatric and orthopedic populations.

Kathryn Blumenstein, PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant, Barrington

Kathy grew up and attended Collingwood High School where she varsity lettered in 3 sports. Kathy attended Atlantic Community College and received an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy in 1988. She has experience in geriatric, orthopedic and aquatic therapy. Kathy enjoys working with her patients to achieve their goals.

Jinita Parikh, MPT, DPT

Physical Therapist, Cinnaminson

Jinita received her Masters in Physical Therapy with concentration in Musculoskeletal Conditions and Dysfunctions from University of Pittsburgh in 2011. She worked for four years in NYC where she has experience working with patients with a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal and orthopedic disorders. She has a skilled set of different manual therapy techniques and with formulating tailor made exercise routines. She is currently pursuing her further education to earn a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Samantha Giambri, DPT

Physical Therapist, Barrington

Sammi grew up in south jersey where she attended Sterling High School. She completed her undergraduate education at The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University Graduate School - Camden. While at Rutgers she participated in research pertaining to core stabilization and its effects on balance and function. She enjoys working with patients of all ages with special interests in orthopedic conditions and sports related injuries. Outside of physical therapy, Sammi continues to be active in sports, playing softball and flag football.
